Britcar
is an endurance racing series formed in 1997. The aim of it's
conception was to bring a 24hour racing event back to Britain. For 2009
Ginetta Cars Ltd have announced the Ginetta G50 GT Challenge as part of
the Britcar series. In 2008 the G50 competed in Class 2 of Britcar and
will continue to do so in 2009, however a separate points system will
operate, organised by Ginetta Cars, pitching the G50's against each
other over the year. Ginetta will provide full factory support and
hospitality.
